Who is responsible for your data?

Heineken UK Limited is the Promoter of this competition and the Data Controller for the personal information collected.

Fury Design Agency Ltd has developed and operates the competition entry website on behalf of Heineken UK Limited and processes personal information only in accordance with Heineken UK Limited's instructions.

What information we collect

When you enter the competition, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Confirmation that you are aged 18 or over
• Confirmation that you have accepted the Competition Terms and Conditions

We also record the date and time of your entry for the purposes of administering the competition.

Why we collect your information

We collect your personal information solely for the purposes of administering the competition, including:

• recording and validating entries;
• selecting winners;
• contacting winners;
• arranging the fulfilment of prizes;
• preventing duplicate or fraudulent entries; and
• complying with legal and regulatory obligations relating to prize promotions.

Who has access to your information?

Your personal information will only be accessed by:

• authorised personnel at Heineken UK Limited;
• authorised personnel at Fury Design Agency Ltd who are administering the competition on Heineken UK Limited's behalf; and
• trusted third-party service providers where necessary to administer the competition or fulfil prizes.

Following the completion of the competition, the personal information of the 603 prize winners will be securely transferred to Heineken UK Limited for the purposes of contacting winners, verifying eligibility and arranging the fulfilment of prizes.

Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.

How long we keep your information

Fury Design Agency Ltd will securely retain competition entry data only for the duration of the promotion on behalf of Heineken UK Limited.

Following completion of the promotion:

• Personal information relating to unsuccessful entrants will be securely deleted by Fury Design Agency Ltd.
• The personal information of the 603 prize winners will be securely transferred to Heineken UK Limited for the purposes of prize administration and fulfilment.
• Once the transfer has been completed, Fury Design Agency Ltd will securely delete its copy of the winner data unless it is required to retain it for a longer period to comply with legal or contractual obligations.

Heineken UK Limited will retain winner information only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the competition, fulfil prizes and comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• request access to your personal information;
